This Co2 recapture technology is pretty awesome. The whole system is extremely reliable, it’s pretty efficient, very efficient indeed. Incredibly well thought out condenser. It produces excellent quality CO2, first class quality CO2 for virtually nothing. There is very little power usage and very low water consumption. It is free Carbon Dioxide and there is not a lot of that around these days.

The Dalum Equipment technology and CO2 recovery system has been a great addition to our Brewery, a brewery where we focus on organic products only and now also have organic CO2 due to the CO2 recovery system for Dalum. We as a brewery have had great benefit both environmentally and economically. It has been a joy introducing Dalum Equipment here at our brewery and we hope that we can continue this collaboration in the future.

I am desperately trying to find something negative to say about this, but I can’t. In my opinion as an engineer turned brewer, this is awesome.
